
Us Girls and VGA!
A team of VGA's peer leaders applied for funding to deliver a project focused on encouraging girls and young women, aged 11-18, to take part in regular sport and physical activity. The team took part in a 'Dragon's Den' style pitch developed by StreetGames, which is sponsored by the South East & Mid Wales Collaborative Construction Framework (SEWSCAP). The teams were expected to conduct peer research in their communities about what an attractive sport/physical activity offer

2022 Quatro Cup!
We've had a magic, fun-filled weekend in Wiltshire for the Harry Potter themed QUATRO CUP 2022... for many of the gymnasts this was their first competition in over 2 years!! We had a blast - with lots of awesome performances and brilliant teamwork - and some superb results including dozens of gold, silver and bronze apparatus awards and 5 top 8 finishes!! Very well done to all gymnasts and coaches!

2022 South Central WAG Grades
At the start of February, our WA gymnasts represented the club at the SC Grade 6-1 in Newport. Our girls shone beautifully, achieving a 100% pass mark with smiles on their faces and showed exceptional resilience, pride and outstanding teamwork - which makes us so proud - as well as picking up dozens of ribbons, medals and special awards. 2022 MAG Welsh Championships
On the weekend of the 26th-27th of February 2022, the Welsh MAG and WAG Artistic Championships took place after a two year absence due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For VGA, this event was the long-awaited return to competition for many of our Men’s Artistic gymnasts, competing across a number of age groups throughout the weekend. Our gymnasts showcased some fantastic routines, competed new skills for the first time, and picked up Team, All Around and Apparatus medals. Highlights
